Grill PM Line Cook The Homestead Resort is seeking a Fanny’s PM Line Cook. Ideal candidate will have experience as a Line Cook. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time and endure loud noises, extremes in temperature, steam and cooking odors. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work well under pressure and stress. Must be clean, well groomed and courteous. Must have knowledge of kitchen equipment and use, basic cooking techniques, and proper food handling techniques. Will be required to obtain a Wasatch County Food Handler’s Permit within 30 days of being hired. Must be able to read, write and speak some English, fluent in Spanish is a plus.
