We are currently looking to add an Electrical Service Engineer to our Elko, NV, Mesa, AZ, and Salt Lake City, UT locations. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Provide technical support on P&H Electric Shovel products as well as possess the ability to troubleshoot and maintain the products. · Provide training to the customer in regards to operation, maintaining, and troubleshooting the product as well as addressing their concerns and requests. · Assist in the implementation of changes as procedures and specifications are required. · Ability to train and develop P&H Service Techs and Service Engineers on P.M. and troubleshooting procedures. QUALIFICATIONS: · AAS with 2 to 5 years of experience with motor controls, PLC’s, Digital Drives, and troubleshooting. · Working knowledge of mining equipment mechanics, erection procedures and troubleshooting of electrical, electronic solid-state components of mining equipment, as well as shovels and drills. · Experience working in an open-pit mining environment. · Excellent computer, verbal and written skills. · Must have good customer relation skills to ensure customer satisfaction. · Ability to build and maintain relationships between the customer and P&H.
